Information about the CT DEEP PFAS task force

The information about the ongoing investigation by the CT DEEP PFAS remediation task force is provided below. However, the task force did not find PFAS (fire fighting foam), but rather a related compound PFOA (industrial manufacturing). Without knowing the source, we cannot fully stop the problem and remediate the area.
